CAL 3 is an ADU model with an elongated dimension of 36’ x 12’, having a gross area of 432 sq.ft.

The interior space of this model is composed of an L-shaped kitchen with overhead cabinets and sufficient space for a full-sized refrigerator. The floor plan layout allows linear access from the main entrance to the living/entertainment area and kitchen space, with one side path to the bedroom.

The bedroom is 120 sq.ft, enough to fit a queen sized (72” x 84”) bed and a wall-to-wall built-in cabinet. The laundry area is beside the bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom door entrance.  The Interior finish is white plaster with wood flooring. Exterior sidings are plank lap side toned with earth chardonnay and vertical stucco toned with praline.

Cad 3 is designed with a shed-to-shed type roof, angled to optimized ceiling height for better heat insulation.

Upgrade options are available depending on client preference.
