CAL 672 is a spacious ADU with a dimension of 32’ x 21’ and designed with a loft approximately 332 sq.ft. in area. This makes its usable floor area up to 1000 sq.ft. This design has two bedrooms, equally divided in area. These bedrooms can fit a California King sized (72” x 84”) beds and both with built-in cabinets. There is also a toilet with shower, comparatively bigger than most of the ADUs in California Modulars. A utility closet was also incorporated into the design fitting not just the washer/dryer but other materials as well. Upon entering from the main entrance, the living area, dining area, and the kitchen can be seen. The kitchen has an L-shaped arrangement and can fit a full-sized refrigerator. A dedicated space for a four-seater dining is allocated beside the living room. The ladder to the loft area is situated just before the entry to the bedrooms. Frameless glass windows are designed on both sides of the loft to maximize natural lighting and at the same time compliments the butterfly-type roof design from the exterior.
