CAL 750 is an elongated designed ADU having a dimension of 54’ x 14’10”. It shares the same interior space configuration as CAL 400 which allows for a linear access from the main entrance on one side and to the bedroom on the other end. The main entry point boasts a sliding door with full glass windows offering an uninterrupted view of the deck on the outside. CAL 750 has bigger spaces fitting an ample living area with space for entertainment console table, a dedicated space for a 6 seater dining, and a kitchen fitting a full-sized refrigerator. A utility closet is also allocated fitting the washer/dryer with extra space for storage. From the living area, the hallway directs you to the secondary bedroom, the toilet and bath and the huge master bedroom that can fit a California King sized (72” x 84”) bed with lots of circulation space to spare. A built-in closet with sliding door is also designed. Wide windows are designed in the bedroom to let natural lighting in. The roof is shed type angled along the shorter side of the dimension. There is also a variation in ceiling height where it is noticeably higher in the living area than in the sleeping quarters. There is a deck on the outside that serves as an extended living space when the sliding doors are opened.
