CAL 8

3 Bed | 2 Bath | 1152 sq.ft

____

CAL 8 is a modular-designed ADU, an H-shaped floor plan with an approximate floor area of 1152 sq.ft.

The main entrance opens to a living room that can accommodate a huge area best for entertainment space and a family-sized sofa. The open feel living area leads to a dining space meant to provide a bigger common floor for a young family of four. The odd shape of the floor plan has a practical advantage; it provides a front deck perfect for a more enclosed exterior frontage, and the kitchen area is adjacent yet secluded enough to the dinning area, with a provision for a pantry.

CAL 8 is equipped with a utility closet incorporating the washer/dryer.

The first two bedrooms are located on the right wing side of the floor plan, while the master bedroom is located at the front left wing of the ADU. The master bedroom has its own bath.

Standard package features and finishes for CAL 8 are shown in the table below. Upgrade options are available depending on client preference.

A Sustainable,
Eco-Friendly Home

During the construction process, our prefab homes generate about 80% less waste then standard site built homes.  A controlled factory setting allows us to use construction materials in a more efficient manner.  In addition, waste and poor workmanship caused by weather is eliminated.  The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) states,  “There are tremendous benefits to building parts of the home in a controlled facility, materials are protected from the weather and used in a more efficient manner.”
